Pranzo 7

Our sausages and charcuterie were featured in Culina Famiglia Pranzo, a lovely Valentines day lunch prepared in Italian spirit.

Our products were featured in all sorts of items including salsa, pizzas, pastas, and more!

More to come…

International Indigenous Tourism Conference Menu Feature

We had the honour of producing a special batch of our beef-bison sausages to celebrate Indigenous culture at the ITAC 2026.

It was a proud moment for our team to pay tribute to the traditions and heritage being recognized here.

Thank you to ITAC and the Edmonton Convention Centre for giving us this amazing opportunity!

Take a look back at our past events 2025

A wooden charcuterie board with slices of cured meats, nuts, and black crackers garnished with microgreens, a small dish of sauce, and a colorful assortment of pickled vegetables including carrots, cucumbers, red peppers, and onions.

It all begins with a conversation.

We are proud to have hosted the Art of Conversation event at the Bibo wine bar in the Old Strathcona Hotel.

Our charcuterie menu ranked among Edmonton’s top 100 for 2025 by the Tomato.

Art of Conversation

A colorful, 80s-inspired graphic advertisement for a Latin-style BBQ called 'El Chorizo Latino,' with neon purple and pink accents, a city skyline silhouette, a grid floor, and a cartoon pig character. Text includes 'Like it $199,' and 'Es Fántástico'.

Folk Fest 2025

BBQ like It’s 1999!

We joined forces with Culina Catering to serve up hundreds of meals to eager attendees at Edmonton’s Folk Fest.

A man standing behind a table at a food booth, holding tongs, with a sign that says "El Chorizo Latino". The table displays different types of chorizo and other meats, with a smaller sign promoting local Alberta products. The booth has a large banner, and the man is wearing a blue Barcelona football jersey and blogging or event accreditation tags.

As one of the many "Made in Alberta" producers, we had the exciting opportunity to showcase our signature products at K-Days.

Attendees enjoyed sampling a variety of amazing local brands made right here in the province.

Thank you Alberta Food Processors Association for the opportunity.
